Chocolate Chip Beer Mash Cookies

While making our first round of beer, I snuck a taste of the barley/malt beer mash during the sparge process. OH MY GOODNESS, it was delicious. It was at that moment I thought, “these must be used in cookies.”
So an experiment was conducted. Subsitute Beer Mash for Oatmeal in traditional Chocolate Chip Oatmeal cookies. The cookies pictured above were the result. It was a success, to say the least.
In case you’re feeling adventurous as well, here’s the recipe I used.
